Public Violations is a pretty crazy site. A lot of the videos include “sharking”, which is a hooded guy walking past chicks and then ripping down their low tops or bottoms and exposing their tits and asses in the middle of the day. The scenes that focus on this are pretty authentic with rough, amateur footage, probably from a concealed consumer camera.
