You'll get links to the videos, images (both high resolution and screencap galleries) and a link to the video trailer. To the right of these four most recent updates, you'll see a list of the top rated scenes from My Wife's Friends from the last 7 days. This is a great place for new members to start 'cause you can jump straight to what other members are saying is the hottest content on the site right now.
Move further down the page and you'll find more scenes from the rest of the archive. As of February 7, 2008, you'll find another 16 updates on the first page. On the second page there's 10 more scenes. Including the four latest updates, that brings the total number of scenes available within My Wife's Friends to 30.

Unless your computer has problems with WMV for some reason (which is unlikely these days, even on a Mac), I'd stick to the WMV files. For one, the resolution is higher (at 640 x 480 pixels compared to the 464 x 336 pixels of the MPEG files) and the bit rate is 1030kbps compared to just 648kbps. The low quality videos in both formats are just 320 x 240 pixels in size. The low quality WMV files are encoded at 282kbps and their MPEG equivalents at 213kbps.
