14-February-2013My first impression of Medical Femdom was a positive one because the tour preview is colorful but not overwhelming. It is loaded with enough picture previews to whet your appetite and make you crave more but it doesn’t give any of the really good stuff away. If you want to see the really good stuff, you actually have to log into the members area.
The member zone is basic, simplified and very well organized. At the top, there are three customer support tabs including one for “requests” from members. Right underneath the tabs is the date for the next update. The newest updates then follow underneath with four picture previews from each update. Each video is right next to its corresponding picture update and the episodes each include a title, the names of the performers, run time as well as a rating system.
There are 91 videos that each run for approximately 20 minutes and they can be downloaded in stunning HD in WMV format playing at 2000kbs 1280x720. The videos feature some acting before you get to the real action but the acting is not in English and unfortunately no subtitles are provided so unless you speak whatever language is being spoken, you won’t understand any of the dialogue. The action however requires no explanation or subtitles so sit back and watch as the naughty paramedics pull out their strap ons, rulers and other apparatus and humiliate their male patients.
The picture sets accompanying the videos are actually full of video screen caps as opposed to actual pictures but they are crystal clear and when clicked on, the thumbs expand into very large colorful pictures with medium-sized watermarks. Each picture set contains an average of 50 pictures

Overall, Medical Femdom delivers exactly what it promises. The content appears to be updated every ten days or so and the videos are available for download in sharp and crisp high definition. A few cons include the fact that the member zone is cluttered with content from other sites besides Medical Femdom but the content from the bonus sites is so steamy you won’t mind watching it. Also there is no streaming option for the videos which might be of annoyance to members who prefer to watch their porn in their browsers.
