Freetour offers: Like most video site tours, Extreme Tranny previews scenes from within the member's area. Each scene previewed includes a few thumbnail images and a link to a sample video as well as a very brief text description of what's going on.
General impression: The range of tranny scenarios covered by this site is impressive. Some tranny websites tend to focus on just one category of tranny porn, whether it be trannies fucking girls, trannies fucking guys or guys fucking trannies. But I couldn't shake the feeling that this website wasn't quite all it was cracked up to be.
Bravo's opinion: When you first log into this website, you could be forgiven for thinking you've gotten a raw deal. The design inside is terrible. It looks like it was slapped together in about 5 minutes by someone using Microsoft Front page for the very first time. I will say one positive thing about the design: it's simple. It's pretty much as simple as it could be. If it were any simpler it'd just be a white page with some text links on it! The website only has videos. There are no pictures. So basically what you see when you login is a list of links, each of which links to a page for a particular scene and the appropriate videos.
Currently (as of Dec, 2009), there are 81 of these links, but I'm not sure how many scenes there are. Some of the links seem to have a couple of scenes available. So without going through and counting them all, let's just say that there are at least 80 scenes available at the time I'm writing this review. There will probably be more by the time you read this, but not many more. As you'll be able to see on the tour, there are weekly updates to Extreme Tranny. However, if you look closely, you'll see that a few of the updates shown always look very similar. This is because there is actually only one new scene being added each month. The scene is split up into smaller videos which are added piece by piece, week by week. Sneaky stuff!
This does not bode well in terms of value for money. These days, if you join an adult website, you'd expect at least one new video per week. That's just standard. Anything less, and it had better be pretty amazing. And the truth is, the content inside Extreme Tranny, while good, is not amazing. The older videos are 640 x 480 pixels in size and are encoded at a bitrate of nearly 700kbps. Given the size of the videos, I must say the quality of the older videos is disappointing. Most videos I've come across with similar technical specifications have looked quite a bit better. The newer videos, on the other hand, look great. They also have a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The difference is that they're encoded at a bitrate of 1.5Mbps, which is over twice as high as the older videos. What that means is that there's basically twice as much data in every frame. It means there's less compression. The result is a much higher picture quality than the older videos.
Honestly, the value for money just isn't there. But if you really do have your heart set on an Extreme Tranny membership, I'll let you know how you can get it for less than 20 bucks per month. Ordinarily, the membership will cost you $29.95 per month. If you join the Extreme Movie Pass network, of which Extreme Tranny is part of, you can get access to 16 websites for $39.95. That's a good price, but if you're only interested in Tranny porn, the extra 15 websites aren't going to be of all that much interest to you. But here's the thing, if you join via the Extreme Movie Pass website, which you can reach via our review of Extreme Movie Pass, you're given an option to join for 90 days for $59.95. That's less than 20 dollars per month.
Conclusion: Extreme Tranny has potential but it just isn't there yet. There's just not enough on offer in the archives and not enough updates to justify a monthly subscription. If you're not just into trannies and you like all kinds of hardcore porn, then I'd say you should check out the Extreme Movie Pass review. But I cannot and will not recommend anybody join Extreme Tranny. If you really want good tranny porn, I'd suggest you check out our review of Shemale Screen, which is by far the best tranny porn website I've ever come across. Enjoy!
