Freetour offers: The free tour doesn't give much away, especially on the free tour. For sample pictures, you'll need to go to the second and third pages of the tour. Other than that, the various pages of the tour are pretty much made up of collages of Ashlee and Serena holding and kissing one another. Certainly nothing to complain about, believe me!
General impression: The one thing that I did notice which I should make absolutely clear to any readers is that this website is very softcore. This website may be lesbian in nature, but that doesn't mean you're going to get to see Ashlee and Serene eating one another out. These girls may be happy to share their love with the world but they're not sharing that! Instead, you'll see pictures and videos of the two in embrace, kissing and touching one another. But it doesn't get very explicit. This website is pure tease.
Bravo's opinion: As you've probably already seen, the tour for Ashlee and Serena's website is quite cluttered to see the least. So to say that I was relieved to see a simple design once I logged into the member's area would be a huge understatement. That kind of design is great for tours when you're trying to sell to a customer, but I've come across a lot of member's areas that are just as cluttered and believe me it is a nightmare.
I double Ashlee and Serena's website could be any more simple. The homepage has thumbnail images of the last 4 picture updates and the last 3 video updates along with the date each was updated. The menu at the top of the page links to the picture archive, the video archive, the wallpapers section and the webcam page.
Just in case you can't get enough of the girls inside their website, you can enjoy them on your desktop. Inside the wallpaper section of their website, you'll find 21 different desktop wallpapers which you can use on your computer. Each is available in four different resolutions from 800 x 600 right up to 1600 x 1200 pixels. And of course, every one of them features both the lovely Ashlee and Serena.
The webcam page is a great addition to their website. You don't get any cam shows featuring Ashlee and Serena, but you do get access to the cam shows of other Spunky Girls such as Kate from Kate's Playground and Sweet Krissy just to name a couple. Appearing in the next month alone are the likes of Kiss Kristin, Diddylicious, Trista Stevens and Southern Brooke. Each week will bring you at least two live cam shows and some weeks have as many as four cam shows for you to enjoy.
Of course, the real draw cards of their website is their picture and video archives. Currently (as of 20 March 2007), the picture archive contains 30 picture galleries. All up, there are 2721 pictures currently available, which means you're getting about 90 pictures in each gallery on average. You're given the choice of small pictures, which are 900 x 600 pixels in size, or large pictures, which measure 1200 x 800 pixels. You can view them by browsing the entire gallery as thumbnails and clicking the pics you wish to see or you can view the entire gallery as a slideshow. With the slideshow, you're given the option to view the small or large sized pictures as well as being able to select the number of seconds which will pass before the next picture is shown. The quality of the photography is fantastic and I think to truly appreciate it, you'd be crazy to view the pictures in anything other than the highest resolution available. The video archive has 13 videos available. All videos are in MPEG format and are presented in a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.
The big problem with Ashlee and Serena's website is the lack of updates. It's been nearly a year since the website saw its last update. And I think you'd be holding your breath for a long time if you thought there was going to be more updates on the way. But there is good news on the horizon. I've spoken to the good folks behind the Spunky Girls websites and they assure me websites such as this one which no longer update will soon be a part of a multi-site membership so that members receive better value for money. I'll be sure to update this review the moment that happens. In the mean time, I'd suggest you check out our reviews of other Spunky Girls websites which are still updating such as Sweet Krissy, Play With Paris and of course Kate's Playground.

This is a website which I feel had a lot of potential. Unfortunately, with no updates there's just not enough content available to justify a monthly membership at this point. This will change as soon as you'll be able to gain access to other Spunky Girls websites with your Ashlee and Serena membership, though. And like I said, I'll be updating this review the moment that happens.
