The big let down with this website is the lack of a single file for each video. Instead, scenes are broken up into large clips (generally around 5 minutes in length). Why they can't just offer a single video for each scene, I really don't know. You get four choices with each clip. You can download it in either high or low quality WMV, or in high or low quality MPEG. WMV is my preferred file choice. The quality is better and the files are physically smaller. So unless your computer can't play WMV for some reason (which is unlikely to say the least), then you should go with the WMV option. Both the high quality WMV and MPEG files measure 640 x 480 pixels. The WMV files are encoded at over 1000kbps, so they do look pretty good.

I was also surprised at the relatively low resolution of the picture content. It's pretty rare these days to find images measuring less than at least 1000 pixels on the longest edge. These pictures are just 900 x 600 pixels in size. The quality of the shots is not what's in question. The pictures look fantastic. But they really should be larger. You can expect around 100 pictures or so from each image gallery. And each picture gallery can be downloaded as a ZIP file, as can the screencap galleries. Of course the quality of these shots is much lower than the pictures in the photo galleries. They measure 720 x 480 pixels.
