The higher quality downloadable video steps the resolution up to a much more impressive 480 x 360 pixels which is literally twice as large as 320 x 240 pixels. The bit rate at which the higher quality videos are encoded at also doubles to 1024kbps. The difference in video quality is very substantial and personally unless I was on an extremely slow internet connection, I wouldn't bother with any of the other options available.
