Vintage Gay Loops

Vintage Gay Loops is a the gay version of a classic porn site. The site itself isn't very old, just about to have its first birthday at the time of my visit, and is still growing. All of the scenes here are pulled from DVDs from the 70s and 80s it seems, and star a lot of hunky, muscular and mustached bears fucking, sucking and playing with other men's big dicks. These are scenes from films like Master Lesson, Tom The Cruiser, Mine Shaft and Take Ten. John Holme's first gay scene is in the library as well (supposedly). The action is mostly just lusty ass fucking and dick slurping and handjobs. I didn't see much fetish material.

The 64 scenes online so far can be browsed through manually or you can choose to use category filters. The list of categories is long and includes all the sorts of details you'd hope to be able to browse by: Anal, Bare Back, Cowboys, Cock Swallowing, Frat Boys, Group Sex, Hairy... the list goes on and on and I skipped some, too. This is a handy way to quickly dig up scenes you're eager for. You can stream any of the movies online in a sharp Flash video player that loads quickly and looks sharp. You can choose low and high quality settings. The same applies to the Windows Media download. At its best tit looks great, though the quality of the original movie will have a huge effect on that. Scene lengths varied from a few minutes to over twenty. Obviously none of the movies are unique or exclusive. They've all been taken from various VHS movies.

There were photo galleries for some of the episodes as well as stand alone sets in the Vintage Photos area of the site. I counted a total of 13 sets attached to the movies, then a few single shots on that Vintage Photos page, which come with captions and stories. The images are nothing to write home about and seem more like an extra perk thrown in more than anything else. The images are regular res and of varying quality.

Judging by the dates on movies we can expect a weekly update schedule but so far the site hasn't really decided on it. I hope they decide to add material more frequently, since the site is small and no bonus sites are included with a membership.
