Special Examination

SpecialExamination is a site that should excite medical fetishists out there, especially those that want some true fetish kink, not just hardcore sex in a doctors office. I don’t think there is a single scene here featuring any over sexual action - there is no fucking, no licking, no cock sucking. Instead each episode focuses on the examination of one or more delicious and natural female specimens. The girls are all natural and get a good going over with fingers touching, stretching and probing their muscles and orifices. You’ll see one or more doctors carrying out the tests and on occasion female nurses as well. The girls strip naked in each scene and it plays out like a very realistic doctor exam. Speculums and other devices are also featured.

There were a total of 194 movies at the time of my visit to Special Examinations. These can be downloaded in a full-length Windows Media format that offers a great quality playback in a large 1280x720 resolution. There are no streaming options or any alternative download formats. Most files flux between 300-600mb and run around 30 minutes long or so. All of them are also exclusive to the site, 100% original and not to be found anywhere else.

I was able to enjoy 194 photo galleries at the time of my visit as well. These contain large, high-res images that were sharp and looked nice. Sets ranged in size, but from 100 to 150 seems to be the norm. You can browse through images online, downloading the pics you like best by saving them with a right-click. There were no zip files, unfortunately, for easy archiving.

Special Examination could do to have a better layout. For now it’s a simple list of updates with a few thumbnails and links to movie downloads and galleries. Some bonus movies from other sites are weaved into the list of updates but there are no other extras included with a pass.
