Freetour offers: The Sock Sorority tour features previews of the most recent updates to the website. Each preview has one larger image and several smaller thumbnail images. You’ll find a paragraph of text describing the girl and the scene as well. But the most important feature of each preview is undoubtedly the sample video.
General impression: This site is certainly different. I haven’t seen anything like it before. I thought it would be interesting to see what direction it would take. Whether it would just be regular softcore stuff and the girl just happens to be wearing socks or if there was actually going to be a lot of focus on the socks in the pictures and videos. This is not a niche that particularly interests me, but I imagine those of you out there who are into this sort of thing would enjoy some attention being paid to the socks. We’ll see soon, I guess.
Bravo's opinion: Going into this website, I felt as though it would be a hit or miss situation. They were either going to do it really well or very poorly. Surprisingly, I found the pictures were done very well but I thought the videos left a lot to be desired.
For one, the videos are simply videos taken during photo shoots. So they’re basically of the girl making a pose and then you hear the shutter of the camera go off a few times and she then strikes another pose. Not nearly what I was hoping for. Also, the videos measure in at just 320 x 240 pixels and are encoded at just under 1Mbps. I’ve seen videos with similar specs come out looking great, but I tried watching these videos in full screen and they were very pixilated. The quality is just not up to par in my opinion.
The pictures on the other hand are great. The resolution is only about average with the pictures measuring just 800 x 600 pixels, but the quality of the shots is high. There are a few “sock orientated” shots but I really feel like they could have done more. Personally, I would have liked to have seen some shots where the socks were the entire focus of the shot at the foreground. And it would have been nice to see the girls playing with themselves using their socks. But I guess when you’re into this kind of thing you’ve got to take what you can get ‘cause there’s simply not a great deal of this kind of stuff around.
The size of the archive was disappointing. There are just 10 videos and 20 image galleries to choose from. What makes the size of the archive even more disappointing is the knowledge that there are no updates being planned in the immediate future for Sock Sorority. The last update to the website was in October of 2006. This means you’re stuck with that small archive for the indefinite future.
But there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Sock Sorority might not be receiving updates any longer, but by joining Sock Sorority you’re going to be getting access to a total of 37 websites for the price of one. 8 of those, including Sock Sorority, are softcore websites. And six of those are solo girl websites featuring some of the girls you’ll actually find within Sock Sorority such as Kelli Young and Busty Bri. Unfortunately, none of the softcore sites update any longer. However, across all of the softcore websites, including Sock Sorority, the solo girl websites and Bad Girl Butts (the last remaining softcore site out of the 8), you’ll receive access to 144 exclusive videos and well over 25 thousand pictures.

If it was just the Sock Sorority website on its own, I wouldn’t bother and I would certainly not recommend it. The archive is just too small and the lack of updates means you wouldn’t be getting good value for money. Plus I feel as though, being a sock fetish website, not enough attention is given to the socks. It just seems like regular posing where the girl just happens to be wearing socks for the most part. However, the fact that you get access to a whole network of 37 websites means that if you’re just after one hell of a porn membership with a little bit of everything that you’re going to get great value for money. So that’s my verdict. If you’re in it just for the socks, you’ll probably be disappointed. If you want a great value all you can eat buffet of porn, then you’ve found a good membership. Enjoy!
