Public Disgrace is brand new site. At the time of writing this review, the site was just 1 year old. So of course there's not a lot of content available inside. Currently (as of December, 2009), the archive stands at just 72 scenes. I assume the site like all active Kink.com productions will be updating on a weekly basis. That's right, Public Disgrace is ran by the same folks who brought you Fucking Machines, Hogtied, The Training of O and a whole host of other top quality fetish/bondage websites. Unfortunately you don't get access to any of their other websites. But I only mentioned some of their more popular websites to give you an idea of the quality you can expect from Public Disgrace. Kink.com are the best in the business and Public Disgrace is no exception.

The quality on offer in this website is simply amazing. Videos are available in genuine High Definition 720p resolutions. That means each video is available in a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. These HD videos can be downloaded in WMV format (encoded at 1628kbps) or in MP4 (encoded at 3128kbps – the best quality available inside Public Disgrace). For those of you on slower internet connections or slower computers (older computers will have issues with HD playback), there are regular WMV files in a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels encoded at 948kbps. And if you want something for a portable player (such as an iPod), you can get videos measuring 640 x 360 pixels at 848kbps. What's impressive about these video specifications is that even the smallest iPod compatible videos are better than what you'll find in most websites. The regular WMV files are massive in comparison to standard video resolutions (which are usually 320 x 240 or 640 x 480 at most). And of course the HD videos are in a completely different league. Typical length of a Public Disgrace episode is between 50 and 60 minutes, which is also longer than usual.

As for picture content, not every scene is accompanied by photos. There is an image gallery for each scene, though. If there were photos, then obviously it's a photo gallery. But for the scenes without photos, they make an image gallery using stills taken from the video scene. Usually, this means low quality images. And granted they're not as clear as the actual photo galleries, but because the stills are being sourced from high definition videos, they look a lot better than you might expect. It wasn't until I came across some shots where there was obviously a lot of movement around that I started to see some blurriness. The number of pictures per gallery varies dramatically from scene to scene. The smallest I saw had just 67 images while the largest had 450. You can usually expect at least 150 images per gallery, it seems.

Scenes are usually split up into pieces. For example, if there's a location change, they'll have a new video and a new gallery. If for the first part of a shoot, the girl is on a leash, and then later on she's sucking some guy's cock, there will probably be a different gallery and video for each of those acts. Each of the photo galleries can be downloaded as a ZIP file, although you can't download all the photo galleries from one update in a single ZIP. You can download all the videos in a single ZIP file, but this option only includes WMV files (not the highest quality MP4 videos).
