Below that is a thumbnail preview of the next scene due to be added to the Phat Booty Brazil member’s area. Again, it’d be nice to have a bit more information such as a paragraph explaining what the scene is all about or even possibly a preview video trailer. To the right of the update area mentioned above is the news area. Head further down the page and you’ll encounter the second important part of the website: the archive. Currently (as of 29 October 2006), the archive stands at 20 videos. The low quality WMV files are 320 x 240 pixels in size with a bitrate of about 380kbps. The medium quality videos have an increase in resolution up to 400 x 300 pixels and an increase in the encoding bitrate to over 600kbps. The high quality videos have the same resolution, but the bitrate steps up to a very healthy 1.1Mbps or so. But it’s the Ultra WMV option that will really impress. The resolution bumps up to 640 x 480 with a bitrate of over 2Mbps. Now, 640 x 480 pixels might not sound like all that much, but let me explain just how big that is. A 320 x 240 pixel video takes up about 76 thousand pixels of space on your monitor. Now even though 640 x 480 might only seem twice as large as 320 x 240, if you actually do the math, you’ll see that it covers over 307 thousand pixels. So, it’s actually 4 times larger than what is considered the average resolution on most porn sites. Impressive, eh? The bitrate of 2Mbps also means that the video looks so close to being DVD quality that you won’t be able to tell the difference. I certainly couldn’t.

The picture content is also great.
