I didn't spot many models that I recognized on first glance, and many of the scenes appear to be a little dated - possibly filmed in the 90s or earlier. With no details on the DVD release I couldn't be sure, but the hair styles and settings pretty much gave their age away.

Most of the kink I saw was limited to outfits and a bit of bondage or painful teasing. Hardcore dominates most episodes, with girls hard used by multiple partners, or sometimes even masturbating alone. A few episodes get more creative, including sex slaves (male and female), and femdom punishments.

In total there are just 31 Painful Orgasms scenes though, and you can work through them pretty quickly. I was definitely left feeling that the site was light in content, and could really use some major work in that area. With no updates in over 8 months, however, it seems unlikely to happen.

The videos that are online can be saved in full length Windows Media files. These have a DVD resolution and a good quality playback, but they are the only media option offered. You have no other file types to pick from or quality settings. There were no pictures whatsoever.

A few more thumbnails to preview a scene's action would have been nice.
