The medium and high quality options don’t step the resolution up a great deal, though. They only move up to 400 x 300 with the medium quality videos encoded at over 600kbps and the highest quality videos encoded at over 1Mbps. But even so, it’s actually the fact that the high quality videos are encoded at such a high bitrate that makes the difference. You’d need to be blind not to be able to see the difference between the differing quality levels. It really is quite a dramatic difference.
