Freetour offers:   The tour of Model Flats is quite different to most tours you'll encounter. This website has an amazing amount of content. As such, the tour seems very cluttered and overwhelming, but in a good way. You can tell there's a lot on offer inside. Be sure to check out the picture samples that are available. One of the things I really like about the tour is the fact that you can sort of browse the member's area. Of course, you can't get at the content without paying for your membership, but you get to browse around and get a really good idea of just how vast this website's content is.

General impression:  I love eastern European women, and I love erotic photography. Needless to say, I was looking forward to getting inside Model Flats. The design seems clumsy to me. Finding your way around isn't as easy as it should be. However, any thought of design critiquing went straight out of my mind when I began looking at the pictures and videos.

Bravo's opinion:  The first thing I like to do when I arrive inside a member's area is check out the updates page. One thing I've noticed about these erotic photography websites is that they usually update very often. Model Flats was no different. You'll get a new update each and every day. So, each week, you'll receive six new photosets and a new video. This is what I love about these erotic photography websites. They're just such awesome value for money.

One thing that was slightly disappointing was the resolution of the pictures. The so-called high-resolution pictures are less than 1000 pixels in length on the longest edge. Don't get me wrong, though, the quality is great, and the size really is quite reasonable, but they shouldn't be referred to as high-resolution pictures. The lack of genuine high-resolution photos is more than made up for by the exceptional quality of both the models and the photography itself. The photos open up in a new window, which is a little bit on the annoying side, but you can also download the images in a zip archive, which is something I always look out for in paysites. Happy to see that.

The next thing I looked at was the video quality. I should probably make a point of telling you guys that this is an erotic photography website. That's the primary focus. As such, I wasn't expecting a great deal when it came to the videos. But I must say, I still found myself disappointed. Firstly, with a regular membership, videos are available in both Windows Media (.wmv) and QuickTime (.mov). The resolution of these videos is pretty ordinary, at just 320 x 240 pixels. Most websites I've seen similar to this one have offered High-Definition DVD quality videos as well as premium quality photos. Model Flats does also offer DVD quality videos, but at a price. You have to upgrade your membership to a more expensive one. The video quality on the better videos really is quite excellent, but I don't like the fact that you have to upgrade your membership. In my opinion, all members should have access to the best quality available.

I like the model index. Many of the models featured on Model Flats have multiple image sets, so being able to easily find other sets of the girl you want to check out at the moment is a really nice feature.

Probably the most impressive thing about this website is the sheer size of the archive. At the time of this review (15 February 2006), there were 37 thousand pictures and 150 movies. Bear in mind that this content is exclusive to Model Flats. That's an impressive archive, and it's growing each day.

Final:  Overall, for a photo website, it's reasonably good, but really should be better. The average sized photos and lack of access to the higher quality video without paying extra was a real turn off for me. The size of the archive is impressive, but most of these erotic photography websites have got large archives. Some are even larger.
