Firstly, you get a choice between watching the video as a full-length file or as a series of clips approximately 2 minutes each in run-time. And in each case, you can choose between WMV, MPEG or streaming flash. The WMV files offer the best quality measuring 720x480 pixels with an encoding rate of about 1 Mbps (about 1000kbps). The MPEG files have similar specs, but don't look quite as good. This is because the WMV format has quite a good compression capability.
