Even if your connection is not fast enough to stream the broadband videos without buffering interruptions, I'd recommend you still open those up and just let them fully load in your browser. Go make yourself a cup of tea while you wait or something. Trust me, the difference in quality between the 2 lower quality options and the broadband option is huge. It's well worth the extra wait.
