For those that are curious, the resolutions of the various quality levels are as follows. Medium quality videos come in a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. The High quality videos come in 448 x 336 pixels, and the super high quality videos are available in 512 x 384 pixels. The difference between the high and super high might not seem like a great deal, but trust me, you can see the difference.

It's a similar level of quality when it comes to the pictures; witch each picturing measuring at 1024 pixels on the longest edge. My favorite feature of the picture galleries is the ability to download a zip archive of each photoset.
