The videos can be downloaded as one high resolution WMV or in 7-12 parts that are generally 4-5 minutes long. The download speeds are fast at 500kb/sec or better (if you have a fast enough connection to reach those speeds). The high resolution pictures are 900px and the video captures are 720px and they look pretty good. I'm not sure why you'd choose them over the digital pictures but to each his own.
