You can choose one of three resolutions: 320x240, 512x384, or full screen. If you're playing the lowest quality video you probably don't want to go above 320x240, but thankfully they offer you four different video options. There's low, medium, high and mpg. As always, mpg will be your best option because it's the biggest file. It will also take the longest to download, so it's a tradeoff. If you have a high speed connection it's a tradeoff that's well worth it.
