The MPEG videos are a little bit on the grainy side, and the WMV videos are ever so slightly. Personally, I'd choose the WMV files if I were you, just because the difference in quality is negligible, but you'll be able to download them much quicker due to the smaller file size. Although, my download speed from the website was excellent, so it's not like you're going to be waiting much longer for the MPEG videos anyways. Up to your personal preference, I guess.
