There is no information on the site as to whether or not the content is exclusive or not but my guess is that it isn’t. The quality and look of the scenes seems to be just a bit aged and possible taken from DVDs, given the way they title the scenes by volume and scene numbers. That’s all speculation, but I’m pretty confident I’m on the money here.
I wasn’t that disappointed in the size of the library but I was with the limited media options. Each of these movies runs about thirty minutes from start to finish and can only be downloaded in a Windows Media format. There are three quality settings, the highest of which offers a great quality playback. There are no streaming options or additional formats to choose from, though.

The hardcore sex at Clinic Fuck fell more under the reality porn niche rather than the medical fetish in my opinion. I think fans from both camps will enjoy the material here, though. I was disappointed by the lack of media options and photographs but those 167 bonus sites sure are tempting. In and of itself ClinicFuck leaves a bit to be desired but is worth joining in the end.
