Bravo's opinion:  The member's area design is refreshingly simple. Upon logging in, you'll be presented with the 8 most recent video updates and the 10 most recent picture updates. You'd do well to take note of the dates the content was added to the website. Every week you'll see the addition of two picture galleries as well as two new video galleries. That's 4 new items of content per week. Usually with exclusive content websites, you'll get one update video update per week and if you're lucky you'll get a high quality corresponding image gallery. But usually you'll just get a collection of stills taken directly from the video. This site is giving you two high quality videos and two high quality corresponding image galleries each week. And yes, the content is exclusive to this website which makes it even more impressive.

The unfortunate thing is that it seems as though each scene is only available as 2 large clips. I personally prefer being able to download the scene as one single full-length file. But at least it's two large clips rather than several smaller clips.

Members get a choice of three different quality options: low, medium and high quality. All three options are in Windows Media Video (WMV) format. The low quality videos are actually as good as what you'll find in a lot of member's areas still as a standard quality. Which says a lot about the quality of this website and the disappointing quality of most sites out there. The low quality videos measure 448 x 252 pixels and are encoded at just 494kbps. The resolution of the medium quality videos is the same, but the encoding rate steps up to 996kbps, literally doubling the quality of the video. The high quality videos see an improvement in both resolution and bit rate. First the bit rate doubles again to 1996kbps (nearly 2.0Mbps) and the resolution increases to 704 x 396. You should notice that the resolution of all the videos is in a true 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio. These videos look absolutely fantastic!

Typically a scene inside Beauty And The Senior will last about 10 minutes. You can expect to find roughly 100 pictures per gallery. And at the time of writing this review (December 4, 2007), there are 61 scenes available. That means 61 video scenes and 61 image galleries. And with 2 new scenes being added each week, that will mean there should be nearly 70 by the end of the year and by the end of January 2008 there should be nearly 80. You can do the math yourself and figure out how many videos there should be within the website at the time you're reading this review.

As for the picture galleries, the only thing missing in each was a downloadable zip file. The quality of the pictures is great and they're presented in a pretty high resolution of 1200 x 800 pixels. They're a real treat to look at.

Don't forget the “Live” link on the menu. Clicking this will take you to the login page for the Seventeen Live website. It'll automatically put your username and password into the fields. All you need to do is type the access key given on the page to get your free bonus access to Seventeen Live. Final:  This isn't really a niche that I find particularly interesting. It's just not for me. But what I can tell you is that the quality of the content is fantastic. The girls are sexy and the guys, are well, old. The videos look great. The pictures look great. The resolution in both cases is more than adequate. What really impressed me was the frequency of the updates. If they continue at this rate, this archive of content is going to be absolutely huge in no time at all.
