Ashely Ryan

Freetour offers: There's two pages to the tour and just like most solo-girl websites out there, there's not a lot to it. On the first page you'll find an introduction from the lovely young lady herself along with a couple of thumbnail images. The second page of the tour is more of the same, but with four thumbnail images. Unfortunately there are no picture or video samples on the tour.

General impression: I've really got to say that the tour for Ashely Ryan's website didn't excite me at all. Don't get me wrong, she's a gorgeous girl and you'd be crazy to say she wasn't hot. She's certainly an attractive girl. But what I mean is I'm not excited about getting insider her website. The tour just didn't do enough to excite me. The impression I get is that there isn't a great deal of content inside and I'm quite dubious as to how the good quality of the pictures and videos (assuming there are any videos to begin with) is. Let's find out, shall we?

Bravo's opinion:  After logging in, my worst fears were realized. There are no videos and it looks as thought there's very little content available with this membership. Currently (as of September 21, 2007), there are just 61 image galleries to choose from. And what's worse is that it looks as though the site is no longer updating with new content. Personally, I would never join a website with a monthly subscription fee that wasn't updating. What's the point? The truth is the 5 day trial membership associated with this site is enough for you to jump in and grab just about every featured picture available not just in Ashely Ryan's website but also out of the other sites you'll get access to with your membership.

I couldn't even find a link to the other websites, which by the way are: XXX Tracy Parks, XXX Jenni Carmichael and Cory Heart. The only reason I knew about the bonus access was the fact that I'd been inside the other member's areas before and I'd seen the bonus access there. Plus also if you input your password incorrectly, you'll get taken to a page telling you all the benefits of signing up for a membership to Ashely's website; including bonus access to those 3 other sites.

I figure if a site has only got picture content, then it had better be damn good picture content. Well, it's not. The pictures inside of Ashely Ryan's member's area are amateurish at best. And yes, I do see the appeal in the amateur feel of it all, but I was just looking for any semblance of quality from this member's area and it was clear that I wasn't going to find it. It's extremely frustrating.

Besides the actual photography, the resolution of the pictures is also sub par. They're just 720 x 540 pixels in size, which is well below average. And generally I have no issues with watermark images. I mean a website has to protect it's content and a watermark is one of the simplest ways to do so. But the watermark on Ashely's picture is out of control! It's 4 lines of ugly, purple text that takes up about 10% of the picture's space. I've only ever seen watermarks this big on free content outside of the member's area. Very disappointing.

And there's no downloadable zips. That at least would have made a trial membership a little bit more appealing because you could log in and quickly download all of the pictures before your trial ran out.

What they try to do with Ashely's member's area is to load it up with hordes of so called bonus content. For the most part, this so called bonus content is merely a collection of upsell image and video galleries. When you think about it, the marketing is genius. Take a bunch of people who are clearly prepared to pay for porn and give them a better alternative once they're inside the member's area. Kudos to them for their marketing efforts. But for shame for what amounts to a piss poor member's area. I'd struggle to recommend even the 5 day trial for this website.
