Freetour offers: There are lots of pictures and tons of overblown sales bluster on the tour. They claim to have the best XXX anime and hentai on the planet. In the same unspecific manner they brag about having an absolute ton of content, weekly updates and outrageous scenes. The sales text is obviously crap, but the preview pictures are pretty cool. They show anime style toon babes sucking dick, getting fucked and drowning in waves of semen. If all these pictures can be found in the member's area it should be a good site.

General impression: In all honesty, I'm a little skeptical. I've seen tons of anime/hentai sites that turn out to be total rubbish. This kind of content is really difficult to produce because it takes a hell of a long time to animate a movie. So that basically means you have to purchase the rights to porn toons and most sites aren't willing to do that. The question is whether or not Anime Illustrated is willing to do that. Let's find out.

Bravo's opinion: Not surprisingly, the member's area is less than impressive. It's also a little confusing. The main page is the video listing on which there are three DVDs and eleven scenes. There's a small picture from each scene and if you click a link you can download any of the scenes from the film. So far things aren't complicated. There isn't much content (certainly not the “ton” that was promised) but it's easy to access.

On the right hand side of the page there's a list of the top rated anime/cartoon DVDs and there are four DVDs listed there that haven't been listed anywhere yet. Where did those DVDs come from? If you click any of them you'll once again be taken to the download page. So now your content total stands at seven DVDs and when added up it comes to roughly 12 hours of animated porn. Given the poor organization I can't help but wonder if there are other anime flicks somewhere in the site that I'm just not seeing.

Each movie has been divided into scenes and each scene can be streamed or downloaded. They let you download the scene in parts or you can just grab the whole thing. There's a low, medium and high resolution version up for grabs so download whichever your connection speed can handle. The high resolution clips look pretty good, although it's not quite DVD quality. There will be a considerable quality loss if you bump them to full screen so you're looking at double size and perhaps half you screen being filled with anime goodness.

The anime image collection is more plentiful with more than 110 galleries. Most galleries have 40-60 images per so you're getting a pretty nice number of hand drawn porn shots. A typical gallery actually tells a story, sort of like a comic, but some are just a random group of naughty drawings. The vast majority of the drawings are anime style, so if you're interested in American style comic drawings or 3D renderings then you're out of luck.

I like the galleries best that have hardcore content. I like seeing the anime sluts get fucked hard. I like how they over exaggerate the bodies to make the tits seem huge and the waists super slim. It's like a Japanese version of Barbie jumping off the page at me. They don't really explore any deeply naughty themes at Anime Illustrated, which is a shame in some ways. Because these scenes are hand drawn they have license to do whatever they want with them. If they want to delve into taboo subjects there's nothing stopping them from doing so. They've passed on that opportunity.

Anime Illustrated is a little underwhelming, which is why the bonus content is cool. Of course, none of it offers cartoon porn, so you're out of luck if that's all you're interested in. First up are 99 bonus sites that offer all kinds of naughty porn. Subjects covered include anal sex, big tits, cumshots, interracial sex, creampies, MILF sex, spanking, trannies, gay fucking, bisexual boning and lesbians. Each site has downloadable videos and they're pretty great. One of my favorites is Cum Covered Glasses, the content of which should be self explanatory.

On top of the bonus sites you get even more good stuff. First is a collection of picture galleries in just about every imaginable category. They're easy to browse and there are so many image sets it will take years to see them all. Once again none of it is anime or hentai but if you want a change of pace then you're in luck. Finally we have the bonus movies. There are 3,185 scenes for download and when you join you get free access to all of them. It's a bitching collection of porn.

Anime Illustrated is not quite the gangbusters site they promised it would be. There are seven DVDs for download, totaling roughly 12 hours of hot porn. The site is not updated every week; I'd be surprised if it had been updated in the last year. The picture galleries are the most impressive part, with more than 110 total and 40-60 pictures in each. Plus, 12 hours of video is nothing to sneeze at. It's a good collection of illustrated porn and if you're interested in the bonus, non-anime stuff then it's a good deal.
