Schwarz grew up in the Rhine region where she went to an all-girls school until she was 17 years old. Soon after leaving high school, before her 18th birthday, she moved to Munich to study to be a surgical nurse. While in Munich she spotted an advert for the company 'GGG' in the Munich newspaper 'Münchner Stadtzeitung'.
Going against her boyfriend’s wishes, this lively blonde bombshell went for an interview with porn director John Thompson on what happened to be Annette’s birthday. A week later she had her first shoot which was actually his first shoot as a director too, for a movie called ‘Die Spermafalle.’
